Let us take this moment to totally center ourselves within our being in order to reflect the true essence of our worth onto our physical beings. Please put yourself in a sacred space, a candle, incense, sage, crystals or whatever tools you may like to use to bring forth balance within your life. Let us call upon the energies of the Golden Light to protect us during this meditative state. Bring this light down into our crown chakras through our center and moving out our Root Chakra into the ground below us. Visualize roots growing underneath our feet into the energies of Gaia as we begin to realize our full potential within.
Now we are ready to begin.
Visualize a beautiful rose in front of you (or have a real rose to speak to) during this session. The rose is a beautiful vibrant pink color. As you pick up the rose within your mind's eye, explore what the rose looks like. Is it just a bud and tightly wound with a beautiful heart just waiting to show the world its beat of the Light. Take this rose and touch your own heart center with the essence of the bud and allow it to go within your own heart center. Let us commune with the essence of the rose and what it truly means to connect with its energies. As it blends with your own heart, let it go deep within the chakra which spins in a counter-clockwise direction. Breathe deeply as the rose starts to intertwine within the spinning wheel of your heart. Let us go deep within this center. Now as it is centering upon your core of your heart, ask the rose to start to blossom right within your heart while at the same time you see your own heart center blossoming. Breathe with each spin of the heart and the rose together. As you feel the bud opening up, allow yourself to feel more fully than you have ever felt before. Let the emotions stuck within your heart come to your physical being, allowing them to be released. Expand with this awareness, it is your own essence that you are tapping into in this moment. Keep the movement going. The rose and the heart are now spreading open farther and farther. You may even sense the scent of the rose within your being.
Now stop - take this moment to reflect what is happening for you physically. The rose is assisting you in clarifying thoughts and/or feelings that have been muddled. If you need to, start to write down your feelings on a pad of paper. It does not matter if it makes sense, just write it out. Continue your breathing as you are doing the writing. If you do not want to write, then speak the words out loud. I am here, Mother Mary to assist you and to bless you with your own Light. I am here holding out my arms onto you. Accept my love; I will take all the hurtful emotions away in this moment, but you must express them to me. I cannot do it without you. Let us work together as a team.
The rose is now in full bloom. Feel your own essence of your Spirit to expand in this present awareness. Feel the beauty of yourself. In this present moment, expand your consciousness into your physical body. This is the TRUE YOU; not the other you that you thought. Let this Light move into your lower body where the true pain may be sitting. Let it go to any pain you have in the physical sense and breathe again a sigh of relief. You are being blessed in this moment. It takes courage to look at your faults and misgivings. Give all the negative emotions to me.
I now hold out my arms to you and bless you with the Light of This Rose in This Moment. You are a Child of God and experience this Light Within You NOW. Bring forth all thoughts of compassion, love, acceptance, new growth, and adjustment. Sense this Light in all parts of your Being. You are Reborn in the sense of emotion and forgiveness. All yourself to be Free once again!
When you are ready, feel the rose contracting back into the bud. You feel content and balanced. Breathe with it. Take the rose out of your heart. As you do this, you feel that you are now part of the rose and not separate. You put the rose in front of you and realize that you have a wonderful relationship with this rose. Put it on your altar for remembrance of your Self. You may utilize the Rose anytime you need to.
